Miguel de Cervantes y Saaverdra (1547-1616) is a giant of world literature, one of the most influential and celebrated writers of his or any other age. Engraved on this softly formed and irregular sterling silver disc knotted with suede ribbon is a short quotation which dares summarize his life's quest.
