Andrea Bianca Filkins was born in 1981 in Rosenheim, Germany.
She grew up on a farm in a small town called Bad Aibling.
In 2004, she immigrated to the United States and later became an American citizen.
Andrea started photography as a hobby in 1996. She is a volunteer for the 4Paws Rescue Team and is devoted to finding homes for older and hard to adopt pets.
